Eyeliner (upper and lower)
Permanent eyeliner creates a sharper and deeper look. It also gives the impression of thicker lashes. The skin on the external side of the upper eyelid is four times thicker than the rest of the eyelid. It thus requires more attention and application of pigments in order to get the desired result.
Eyebrows are the most important facial feature.
Also known as “Pencil Look”, the full eyebrows method is where the pigment is implanted deeper, giving it a more solid powder look.
Before your treatment, we choose the colour and shape of your preference with precise measurements. Colour is carefully selected to match your skin tone and hair colour.
The art is the most important part of the entire process. This method gives the illusion of brow pencil make up or brow shadow.
For skin that is exposed to the sun and/or mature skin, the full eyebrows technique or a mix of two techniques is recommended.
Hair strokes eyebrows
With this method we are trying to create the look of a single hair at a time with a needle. When we do hair strokes or “stroking” the pigment is not implanted as deeper as the full eyebrows technique. Therefore touch ups are needed more frequently as it fades faster. This method gives a more natural look than the powder look technique.
For skin that is exposed to the sun and/or mature skin the full eyebrows technique or a mix of two techniques is recommended.
Microblading or 3D eyebrows. This very popular and new method originated in Japan creates with microneedles and pigment, very fine lines giving illusion of very natural eyebrows. One to three pigments may be used to provide a 3D effect. A touch once a year is suggested.
Anyone with eyebrow hair loss or lack of definition (over plucking, chemotherapy, alopecia) could benefit from these procedures.
